Microsoft has a long history of marketing Hope.

Their interest in using their name in connection with
bCentral has less to do with generating hope than it
does with getting you to part with $59 or $99 or however
many dollars they want you to spend.

After all, Microsoft wouldn't lie to you, or mislead you.

Would they?
