CPM for a non-profit?

How much will be the typical CPM rate for a non-profit
website that enables pet shelters to list the lost &
found dogs and cats for adoption? The typical traffic
to this website is around a million per month, most of
the audiences will be interested in ads that talk
about pet products. I am just trying to pass on info
to this site owners as we will be redesigning their
website.
