I think the best answer to your question is to try
247 media, connect adserving technology. This is a
profile driven, adserving solution, that tracks
profiles to a database & can also track users in the
network, to offer them the same profile banners. At
the moment, I don't know why, but they don't
offer it internationally. If you are lucky to be
using it from U.S, you can take advantage of than
remotely hosted solution, at a cheaper rate than DC.
