There are many cheap (even free) alternatives to
Doubleclick. This has been mentioned in here before,
but cgi-resources.com has quite a few of these
available there that you can run yourself. They might
not all have the power that you are used to with
DoubleClick, but some can do almost the same job for
most scenarios.

If you are looking to get the biggest bank for your
buck when it comes to eZine (newsletter) mailings,
then www.EM5000.com has the best rates online right
now, and the feature list is huge for those who run
eZines and and want to really be able to track
virtually every detail of a mailing including the ads
within that mailing.
