As you are serving flash banners, make shore that you
identify your client browser and then let your server
decide what version they get to see (text,gif/jpg,flash*).

In doing so you don't disturb a viewers thought process
which leads to free flow of information. As far as ads
go, just make different version and file format of ads,
then call for them as per the client browser.
