most popular Canadian sites

Greetings all. I am fairly new to this list and have
appreciated the professional tone and thoroughness of
responses from the contributors. Looking for a resource
to assist in identifying "most popular" sites for an
advertising program. Campaign is directed to Canadians
interested in health/first aid services and training as
well as raising awareness of this community based
organization.

Also, am I off base in considering only Canadian sites?
Have visited Nielsen NetRatings - do some sites
determine viewer's country and load "local" ads?
