Classified Ads with good conversion rate

Hello group,

Where is a good place to find good/paid for classified
ads ?

I am only wanting to find a good source of professional
written ads.

I am going on the assumption that if they are paying
they must be well written.

I know this is probably not correct, but is probably
the best place to start.

So any URL of good classified ads sites appreciated,
thanks in advanced.
