These three Web sites are treasure houses for usability
data and perspectives:

www.useit.com (Jakob Nielsen)
www.uie.com (Jared Spool)
www.usableweb.com

In addition, Jakob Nielsen has a good number of
expensive but very detailed and data-filled reports
available for purchase. I bought one and found it well
worth the price.
