TO WHICH LAWRENCE NG <lawrence_at_Oversee.net> REPLIED:
>Adcycle (http://www.adcycle.com) is definitely one

>It is free for 30 days and $129 when you register it.
>It has many of the functions that higher end solutions

I also use AdCycle - up until the recent version I was
having a few problems, but this latest version seems
solid, fast, reliable, and stable. I'd definitely
suggest it, especially at it's fairly low price.
