For networks, I would speak with Real Media. I have a
client who did a buy on their i-Cover program and was
able to place ads on very relevant sites at a very
reasonable rate. Had very good results from what
I understand. I think their site is
www.realmedia.com.

As for some other resources...try American Singles.com,
www.sayimhot.com...
