If you're after specific demographics, then I can't do
more than recommend the main players like Flonetwork,
yesmail, postmasterdirect.com et al. But if you're
happy to approach targeting consumers in a different way,
we might be able to help.

Little Red Gate offers a service where your banner ads
become the vehicle for distributing permission email.
Basically, your banner carries the Little Red Gate
device which, when clicked, changes the banner to an
email address submission form. Once submitted, an
email is sent to the consumer's email address and
then we delete the address, so there's no spam from us.
The consumers who click are motivated to know your
particular info at that very moment - perfectly targeted,
self-selected and real time. The rest of your banner
works as per normal.
