Email List Brokers

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good email
list broker? I better qualify that a bit... I work
for a software services company, so we are looking to
target relatively senior relevant executives in
software/e-commerce developement companies (B2B or
B2C developers), of reasonable size, with turnover in
the 10's of million ($), located ideally in the US
with aspirations to expand internationally or with an
already established international presence.

We really need to have the list pretty accurate. So
far I'm finding that the email lists offered by brokers
are way too generic to justify the expenditure, i.e.
'IT professionals'. Any help greatly appreciated.
