Hi Keith:

I have dealt personally with many permission-based
email list brokerage companies. Though I have never
searched for precisely the lists that you are searching
for now, I can recommend three firms that you ought to
contact in this connection. Between the three of these
firms, you should be able to access pretty much any
permission-based email list currently on the market.
Therefore, if lists matching the description you
provided exist, you will almost certainly be able to
get to them by going through one (or some combination)
of these firms.

The firms, in no particular order, are:

1) Avenue A
