Privacy Discussions in Washington, DC

Hello Everyone!

I don't know how closely you are following the goings
on in Washington, DC these days but I was wondering
what everyone's thoughts were concering potential
legislation that is being discussed there?

What are your thoughts on Opt-out vs. Opt-in
legislation? How would this effect your business?
What are your thoughts regarding the databases the
some vendors have and their potential for infringing
upon everyone's privacy?
