I am a direct marketer. In our CPM campaigns I need to
be able to have impressions served with the following
requirements, U.S. Only, specific hours of the day and
lastly even pacing of the impressions delivered hourly.
(Ex. 700K per day delivered at 100K per hour) Does anyone
know of networks. portals, etc. that might be able to
provide me with the requirements mentioned. My
experience has been that most serving technology does
not support all three of my requirements.
