My apologies, I should have clarified the numbers that
I was quoting. The distinction here is newsletter
sponsorships vs stand-alone text / HTML email. I have
found that CPA programs using email newsletters perform
1/10th to 1/20th as well as targeted stand-alone opt-in
emails, where I have had effective CPM rates at $5 to
$10 on a number of offers including credit cards,
debt consolidation and travel promotions.
