There could a couple of reasons why you are not able
to get your sites registered, check out the following
to verify:

Check the log files for the websites and see if they
have been spidered, If not you are left with no option
but to re-submit. Check if the servers were down when
the spiders visited your site, in that case again you
need to give them some time to re-visit. Check the index
tag of the robots.txt file Last of all check all the
positions your site maybe in the below 30 or 100 or 500
postions, which would mean a reworking on the site. A
couple of other things which would help are the keywords
you are targeting and the relevance of the content on
the site to the keywords.
