I am not sure when you used the other solutions, but I
would have to say that my experience has been quite the
opposite. I have found Dart to be very expensive to use
and even more, very hard to use and service advertisers
in a timely manner. Sometimes taking upwards of 4 hours
to get campaign changes made. As a result I swore off
3rd party ad servers for myself and my clients.
Of the ones out there, only L90 and DoubleClick seem to
have enough cash at bank to be around one year from now.
