A great one that's an easy read with plenty of examples
is Jim Sterne's "World Wide Web Marketing." It was
definitely a primer for me in it's 1st edition, now it
looks like it's up to the 3rd edition. You can find it
at http://www.targeting.com/book1-3.html or I'm sure
amazon.com carries it as well.
