Paul:

Yes most of the major search engine DO IT NOW. We buy
a lot of keyword targeted pops - the problem is that
the average search engine doesn't feel its in their
best interest, because it is hard to do a bulk buy -
so you need to spend $50K, often prepaid. Drop me a
message and I'd be glad to help you -- we buy enough
of them ($2MM+ popunders) that we buy these on some
of the search engines with another buy. If you have
a specific catagory/keyword ready, we might be able
to help you on a test buy.
