I had a client who was always hearing from advertisers
that his reports were not syncing up with the DoubleClick
reports that they were seeing and that SC had blamed his
ad server for the discrepancies. After digging through
log files and checking the ad server reports it turned
out that it was an error with DC Dart's reporting. DC is
notorious for blaming other people and technologies
for the shortcomings of their own technology and staff.

In the case of the client noted above, it took 3 hours
just to get a response from DC when the initial
discrepancy was shown. They may be big, but they
certainly are not the best and do not provide the best
service.

I had heard that DC was trying to force MS to change
the defaults of the new MS browser because it will not
accept 3rd party cookies.
Has anyone else heard anything about this? If it is true
then DC and other 3rd party ad servers could be in big
trouble.
