There are a couple of service vendors' web sites who you
may want to check out. Often, under the About Us section,
similar companies will cite some useful demographic
information and/or market research that could be helpful
to you. Some companies offering live chat,outsourced
email and other free web-based services are:

Multicity.com (Chat, Polls, etc.)
Bigmailbox.com (Web-based email provider)
Moreover.com (Free tools for non-profit web sites)
