This is true. We are buying pop-ups for far less
than that. www.RankYou.com sells them as low as $2CPM
for large volume buys, and they are quality pops
(meaning no double pop-ups.) Anything we have found
below $2CPM are generally pure garbage, meaning they
are on porn sites or sites where you close one pop-up
only to be hit by two more.
