Unusual ad formats

Hi everyone,

I've been a silent observer of this list for a while now. Thanx
all for providing me with a lot of your insight on many subjects.
 
Recently I came across an ad on a website featuring a guy -viewed
from below- walking "on the screen" and doing something. What I
am looking for is more examples of intrusive advertising formats
like this as well as you opinion(s) on them. Here's another

If you could mail me some (if any) url's of websites that are
running them now i'd greatly appreciate it. I'm looking forward
to reading your feedback.
