First of all, I assume that you mean that these
companies are representing you as part of their
"network". Cybereps is not an advertising solution, and
is using Accipiter, by Engage to run their advertising.
L90 of course owns AdMonitor, which is a nice system.

The best solution for you in this market is to probably
contract L90 to also third party serve your advertising.
Buying another engine, taking the cost upon yourself to
set up the server(s), hiring someone to run it, maintain
it, worry about down times (which will happen at least
one day a month, where you have to spend the whole day
working and making phone calls). Then you have to worry
about all the other stuff, such as hiring a consultant
when someone hacks into the server, sending your person
to training etc. In otherwords, don't set up your own
ad engine -- contract with L90 on your remanent inventory.

Even with this you will have problems - including and
not limited to the fact that you are paying out to your
affiliates, but this doesn't mean that it will calculate
with 3rd party campaigns (most which are billed and paid
accordingly). Still this is the best solution I could
give you.
