Moreover.com will syndicate the headlines to you for a
low fee. ScreamingMedia will also syndicate entire
stories, and I'm pretty sure they carry all of
Phillips Business Media's content which is telco
related. It's cheaper to work with Screaming than
it is with Phillips directly.

If he wants original content, I suggest you contact
Lane Cooper at Washington News Bureau which is a group
of former Phillips editors who struck out on their own
to do custom stuff. They are at:

Last but not least, you can always check FreeSticky.com
for whatever you can find there. But I doubt there's
much telecom- specific stuff.
