We love using Real Media's Open Ad Stream. Does what
we need it to do. For email (e-Zine) management and
advertising, we use www.em5000.com, very, very good
software that does everything you could want as an
e-Zine publisher that sells a boat-load of advertising.
We were using the system at PostMaster General prior to
this and still do for a few things that we haven't moved
over yet.

I mentioned previously that www.eyegrab.com and
www.eyeblaster.com have really cool ad serving
technologies, the first being the cheaper of the two,
so you might want to look into that for flashier ads.

As for pop-up technology, I was told you could put some
code into the banner code on Open Ad Stream, but we
haven't done so. All of our pop-ups are run through
our own proprietary technology which TwistedHumor
licensed to www.Rankyou.com which by the way sells
quality pop-ups and pop-unders for about as low as I
have seen online.

We're currently setting up campaigns with Traffic
Marketplace, L90, and a bunch of other companies, but
we're using our own serving technology to do it.
