I'm on your adbumb list. You said you buy a lot of
media etc. I am looking to top up my clients campaign
with $5000 in popups.

This is pretty small fry, do you group small buys with
larger buys, and if you do at what CPM?

I understand you may not be interested in this stuff.
If so, do you have any advice as to who we should buy
off? networks etc.
