The question is not that simple. "It depends" is more the
answer.

FOR PUBLISHERS:
PopUnders and PopUps are usually $2.5-$5 CPM
468x60 up to $0.20/click AND depends on specific sites.
Various Web Applications make a Revenue Share program,
where the Ad Network shares a certain percentage of the
Revenue generated by the Portal. Depends also on the
specific target/niche that you can supply to the
advertiser and/or ad network.
