Affiliate Software

Does anyone know of a good affiliate software program?
One that allows affiliate sites to sign up either
automatically through the web or manually via the phone
and master administration. One that generates the ad
code specific to each affiliate site and then tracks
clicks and resulting sales. Please let me know. Thanks.
