Request Feedback on Marketing Beta Test

Hi All,

I've only been a subscriber for a couple months, but I like the =
discussions on this board. As an affiliate of many programs, the topics =
touch on many key issues I have experienced.

I'm writing to request feedback on my latest project, which is live, and =
in beta test mode. I'm self-funding the operation at this point. It's a =
lead conversion tool. The goal is help clients harvest more business =
from the investments they have already made acquiring their existing =
leads and customers. It also brings in new leads.

The hook is that it is an opt-in email-based contest, which allows the =
sponsor to tell their whole story to a motivated audience. An MBA =
professor at Notre Dame calls it "Ebay meets Survivor." Please visit the =

I am currently marketing it directly to corporate clients who pay a =
management fee to have me run the contest on my server. I am interested =
in knowing if I should consider offering this service to all marketers =
as an ASP, on a subscription model. Clients would pay an annual or =
monthly fee to create and run as many contests as they like.
