There are certain companies that have tools that allow
you to personalize or change advertising (in real time)
based on certain unidentifiable criteria.Bandwidth just
happens to be a criteria that could allow you to make
that change. There are very few companies that can
accurately detect the connection speed. I only know of
3; WebHancer, Akamai and SiteBrand.Prices vary
substantially and can be charged several ways; monthly
or CPM with a monthly minimum just to name a few. It
all depends on the vendor and how many times the
connection sniffer is used.
