Costs of advertising on CNET et al

I'd like to provide a change from the currently running
threads on the best types of advertising and ask a more
concrete question.

A client asked me a question that I can't answer because
I don't usually get into the buying advertising part of
the field. I am hoping that all of the experts here can
help me out.

The client said that she is currently advertising on
Price Grabber and is talking to CNET. She wrote "The
CNET costs are REALLY HIGH. Can you rate these type of
sites?"

Are there resources that rate the major shopping sites
and describe the rates for their various advertising
products? If so, what are they? I am particularly
interested in knowing about advertising rates for
aggregator sites that sell computer-related products.

And, are CNET's advertising rates much higher than
comparable sites? (What are comparable sites?)
