That's so untrue as to be laughable.

CPA is no trickier than CPM'ers who drive useless traffic
via "100 MILLION OPT IN E-MAIL ADDRESSES!!!!!"

You can do CPM and make money. You can do CPA and make
money. You can do both ethically and profitably, but
you've got to use the right tactic in the right
circumstances.
