Newsletter Hosting Providers/em5000

Hi All,

I have been reading this list for a long time now,
but this is my first post.

I'm currently looking for a reliable email list hosting
provider for a 10,000 subscriber email newsletter that
I publish.

Can newsletter publishers on this list suggest any list
hosting/management companies that are relaible and
affordable, that can host a list of this size, and whose
technology will faciliate at least some degree of
subscriber segmentation for purposes of targeting ads
and content?

We have been looking at a company called em5000
(http://www.em5000.com). They seem to have a very good
solution (as far as features go). But, we haven't
heard much about them. Does anyone on this list have
any experience with dealing with them? We like what
they offer, but are concerned about how reliable
they'll be for us.

Please feel free to respond to me off-list with any ideas.
