Your client sold 1.200.000 of something and he still
cannot afford to spend $100-200?

If you really have a clean opt-in list you'll pay $50 to
have your list imported (or you can do it yourself for
free 5000 names at a time). After that you're entitled
to 100.000 messages blasted out each month
for a fee of about $100 (I think).
