Wanted TA in APAC region

Moving from my last post re.cpa,cpm,cpc , I could do with
some help from you guys out there. We are working with a
client who wants to reach out to Net audiences in APAC
countries-Australia, Singapore, HK, Korea, Taiwan. The TA
we are looking for are SOHO segment. But at the same time,
we also want to reach out women and children. Do any of
you know companies offering e-mail lists for SOHO, women
and children or any newsletters that we can sponsor. I
am not very clued in on that region since we have recently
opened apac office. also what are good websites/portals
that target the b2b audiences specifically in these markets?

Any suggestions..please do let me know either through this
post or offline via my mail.
