Today most sites are lucky if they can find sub $1 CPM
deals for 1 million impressions.

But in a way you're right...it is the "problem with
internet advertising". Unfortunately that does not
explain "what" exactly the problem is or problems are.

I was on the phone with a senior Sales Director with 1
property serving 500,000,000 impressions per month.
And he was hoping to get $.15 - $.30 CPM. Would have
been tickeled to get $.25.
