You might want to take a look at http://www.gotmarketing.com.
I was looking at them for another client of mine, but haven't
had an opportunity to use them yet. They've got templates
you can use, fairly good reporting/tracking capabilities and
they seem to be pretty scalable. In fact, I think they're
running a promotion right now where you can send out to up to
10,000 names for $40.
