The "Going Rate" for Advertising Reps...

Does anybody know of a resource the compares salary/
commission models (otherwise known as "the going rate")
for sales/marketing representives in various geographic
locations throughout the US? I don't expect there
to be much information specifically targeting the
hiring of online-advertising sales representatives,
but anything focusing on traditional advertising sales
salary numbers/models could be helpful. We're in the
market for some additional people, and therefore want
to know if there exists a "New Salary Model" :) ...Any
info is appreciated.
