Kelley,

It all depends on your targeted market.

Mini CD's are relatively expensive for invitations only but they
can carry your promotional message even to users who will not
attend the meeting.

They're good for consumer market as well as for techies or business
managers. You'll only have to adjust the package design to suit
your users the best. For consumer market I'd suggest that you rather
use irregular shaped CD's. I know few suppliers if you're interested.
Let me know and I'll compile a short list for you.

If you offer high quality packaging, users are likely to open the disk.
Also, you can include some basic info about the content on the
envelope/package.

Anyway, efficiency will greatly depend on quality of software
and presentation you provide on the CD.
