The best sites to target Germans?

I have a been a member of this list and found the discussions
among the members extremely useful. Right now i would like to
seek the advice of the members of the list for my client - a
tourism organisation, is likely to be in Germany for a
tourism exhibition the next month to promote his state as a
tourism destination. Would any body on the list be able to
help me on a list of top portals in Germany and what kind
deals that I could work with them for targetting the relevant
TG, who would be interested in travelling to India for
Holidays.
