Online Ad Buying

We are currently in the process of ramping up our ad buying.
So far, we have not found an agency that we feel comfortable
turning our ad buying over to, and we are having pretty
good success in securing some profitable buys ourselves.

I'm trying to find other direct ad buyers who would like to
swap stories and tactics for negotiating and running their
own ad campaigns. I've found the market to be highly
fragmented and full of inconsistencies.

Does anyone know of any groups of ad buyers out there right
now? Any other ad buyers interested in talking shop? Please
