This is true. If you don't take steps to protect your
brand, you'll lose your trademark -- it's the law.
Unfortunately, if you leave it to your lawyers, you'll
end up with legalese in your jingle, much the way
Band-Aid did a few years back, when they had six year
old kids singing, "I am stuck on a Band Aid Brand, 'cuz
a Bandi Aid's stuck on me."

Yeesh.
