Two requests for lists of companies

Appreciate reading everyone's online-ads comments.

I have two requests for the group.

The first request is to see a list of websites/companies
that offer cost-per-click advertising. Overture offers the
largest service. What other websites/companies offer
cost-per-click advertising and are worth considering
(i.e., sites that drive enough traffic to make it worthwhile
for a large Internet retailer)?

The second request is for a list of websites/companies that
DO have interest in working with advertisers on a CPA basis.

CPA may not be the ideal revenue structure for an advertiser,
and I've seen many posts in this regard. Two positive aspect
of CPA, however, are as follows: First, when CPA is working
for both publisher and advertiser -- enough revenue is being
realized on both ends - the advertiser will expand the
relationship to much greater proportions. For example, if
the advertiser is paying the publisher $10 CPA, the publisher
runs a test for 1mm impressions, and the result creates
adequate revenue for both companies, the advertiser can feel
comfortable to continue for another 10mm impressions, etc.
Second, CPA enables publishers to use all of their inventory
(as does participation in an affiliate program per Rob
Frankel's comments posted on 1-19). If a publisher does not
sell 500k impressions, or has unsold impressions on pages
of its website(s) that are not of interest to advertisers
paying on a CPM basis, this inventory can be immediately
sold on a CPA basis, which will increase revenue to the
publisher at the end of the day.
