They definitely have a good deal of mined data.
- whos advertising on the top 2000 or so sites
- what they are advertising - even down to the brands -
  they have tried to connect the brands with the buyers/
  agencies but I've not see that data so I can't comment
  on it
- they track freq or scope of a campaign - etc
- This service costs 2-3K per month and they charge up
  front for a quarter to 6 months

No way to tell if they are keeping subscribers happy
