Thank you all those who took the time to respond in
public and private. I found this list to be incredibly
valuable! Btw, reps from several firms contacted me
with advice. I was intrigued to learn about offshore
marketing companies that service clients in the US.
So has anyone had any experience with these?

Bottom line: I can only conclude that the $299 is a
good investment, and needs to be weighed in the light
of returns on investment rather than in isolation.
