Re: Do publishers want to make money?

Wow people...

It's sooo simple, but still, each time CPM/CPA subject emerge
a zillion posts to the subject are fired...

If you're publisher and your site attracted huge number of
advertisers you're the one setting the rules, go CPM and
ignore CPA deals...

On the other hand if you're an advertiser and are willing to
pay CPA only, go for it too... Not all publishers can afford
to ignore your money. Actually, most of them can't...

There is no simple truth that holds water for all of us!

There are only *preferences*!

Some (most) sites prefer CPM, but as we know some are doing
just fine with CPC/CPA (Rob Frankel for instance).

Some (most smaller) advertisers prefer CPA, while some (most
larger) are fine with CPM.

So, you see... it all depends which category you are in.

I for once, own few million impressions a month on a local news
portal and am NOT accepting CPA there!

However, as an advertiser, I am NOT buying anything but CPA!

Why? Because there is a choice!
