Removing a listing from search engines

I need some advice about how to get a listing REMOVED
from all search engines as quickly as possible.

I have a client who let one of their many lesser domain
names expire and it was purchased by a porn site. I don't
think that the client has any legal rights to reclaim
that domain(?), but the problem is that the site is listed
at the top of the major search engines and the description
still contains my client's name and business.

I've written a request to DMOZ to remove the link (or put
it in a more appropriate category), but is there a more
immediate way to go about this?
