As the CPA/CPM debate continues, I thought I would offer
a few links that may be of interest. Since both
advertisers and publishers are really in business to
establish and maintain a positive ROI with their online
programs - with the help of a little basic CGI
programming, I developed 2 simple web-based tools that
help me demonstrate CPM to opt-in email clients, and
remind CPA clients of my requirements to maintain a
decent Effective CPM rate. Any suggestions, tweaks or
